Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026

The short version

We collect your name, email, and company name when you fill out our contact form. We use it to get in touch with you about Sovarity. We don't share it with anyone, we don't track you across the web, and we don't use cookies. That's it.

Who we are

Sovarity is a trade name of Gijzen Data Management & Analytics B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 83266062). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: privacy@sovarity.com

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

  • Name — so we know who we're talking to
  • Email address — so we can reply
  • Company name — so we understand your context
  • Message — whatever you choose to tell us

That's all. We don't collect anything else.

What we don't do

  • No cookies
  • No analytics or tracking scripts
  • No advertising pixels
  • No third-party data sharing
  • No profiling

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to inform you when Sovarity becomes available for early access. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — you reached out to us, we respond.

We will never send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

Where your data is stored

Your form submissions are processed and stored within the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing conversation or business relationship. If we haven't been in touch for 12 months, we delete your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — ask what data we have about you
  • Correction — ask us to fix incorrect data
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your data
  • Portability — ask for a copy of your data
  • Object — tell us to stop processing your data

Email privacy@sovarity.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we're not handling your data correctly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For a static landing page, that's the most honest approach we can offer.
